This place is very convenient for exploring the city center, as it is just a short walk from the subway station. It is also located in a quiet area, so I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The staff here were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.

Good location
Having stayed here six years ago I was disappointed by the attitude of some of the staff, they were curt and unhelpful. I ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel, on arrival there was no transfer despite several e-mails to confirm it. No explanation was given when asked. When I asked if they could change some local currency for smaller denominations I was greeted by a rant from the receptionist. Would not stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Prague. This place is located in a quiet and residential area, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel is just across the street from an old castle, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff at this venue were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe ensuring that I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my travels.
Families looking for a hotel that offers a wide range of cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity may want to consider other options. However, this hotel is still an excellent choice for families due to its fantastic location and superb service.

Polite receptionists, clean and spacy rooms, minibar, bathtub, safety deposit box in the room, free internet, nice lobby, relativ good location (easy to find it with car and day&night easy access to the old town with public transportation), good breakfast.
strict policy for the breakfast time ('til 10, but to be everything ok you should be there at 9.15 max.). like almost enywhere in Prague, the exchange rate is ~ +10%, even if you pay with cash.

An OK hotel on quiet street in urban neighborhood. Very convenient to Congress Center, Metro Station, and Vysehrad Park area. (all are a 5-10 min walk) Breakfast included with room was good with both hot and cold food choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good hotel for budget conscious.
Don't expect the "Four Seasons." Hotel is definitely an older hotel and the rooms are quite small and furnishings are very worn. Although it was fairly clean, the age gives the appearence of being dirtier than it probably is. Towels were very old and threadbare. Beds/Mattresses were on the unconfortable side. If you are looking for a relaxing "spa" vacation, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place to crash after spending the day touring Prague or at a conference in the congress center, then it is a good value.

My partner and I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the charming Vysehrad area. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to easily stay connected during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the dining restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet comfortable stay in this area.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location in the Vysehrad area is ideal, offering a peaceful and quiet neighborhood away from the bustling city center.
